Mum's Help can provide childcare in your home on a 'pay per hour' basis to cover:
- Respite
- Direct payments
- Ad hoc
- Emergency care
Fee's
Mum’s Help 'pay per hour' rates cover insurance (public liability and employers liability), employers tax at 12.8%, employees tax and national insurance contributions, accountants and admin fees. There is a set rate for the first child plus 40p per hour for additional children, up to a maximum of 6 children per carer. Therefore it is a more viable service for those with at least 2 children, and often a more cost effective service than other forms of childcare for a family with 3 children or more.
Members are paid by us and parents are invoiced by Mum's Help.
